This video literally does what it says in the title; shows you how to make your own birthday cards easily! Even if you are not a particularly creative person, anyone can make these cards, and they look really impressive. As well as being simple and easy to make, they don’t take hours and hours or any waiting for things to dry.
All you need to make these cards are (for each card): 3 different coloured pieces of card: one for the main card, one for the front cover and writing parts inside and one for the balloon, a pencil for the writing which is then written over by a thick black pen (be careful not to smudge it), some different colours felt tips pens for the dotted decoration and the string for the balloon.
In terms of tools, all you need are some scissors and glue (pva or glue stick).
If you are not feeling overly confident with the handwriting style, find a similar font or another font you like on word. Type out happy birthday at the size you want for you card and print it out. You can then trace it or if you are unable to see it through the card, you can use it to practise the style of handwriting first before attempting it on the card.
